About the Team & Role You will lead a dynamic engineering team responsible for the organisations next-generation payments platform currently powering corporate payments and rapidly expanding across additional business units. The platform is built on: Event-driven microservices Kubernetes Terraform/Terragrunt Kafka CI/CD and true continuous delivery AI-assisted engineering tools As a hands-on engineering leader, you will set technical direction, contribute code, mentor engineers, and build a strong engineering culture rooted in accountability, growth, and safety. You will also partner with Product and Platform leaders to ensure outcomes are aligned, technical quality remains high, and the team continues to invest in resilience and observability across the platform. Your work will directly influence how a global financial organisation processes payments reliably and securely at massive scale.
