Service Desk Officer Opportunity
About the Role
This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a skilled Service Desk professional to join our team in Adelaide.
You will be responsible for providing level one support, including password reset, account setup, printer issues, VPN setup and other technical assistance.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and undertake common user administration and general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide L1 Support including password reset, account setups, printer issues, VPN set up and more.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
* Undertake common user administration and general administration duties.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in a Service Desk, specifically with Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook/Exchange.
* Excellent communication skills, confident phone manner, sound prioritisation skills and ability to work well independently and with others.
