What You'll Do
* Evaluate customer needs and preferences promptly.
* Provide product information and answer questions via calls, emails, texts, and events.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact information and scheduling test drives for interested individuals.
* Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Execute sales and delivery operations efficiently, providing a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
* Promote and sell Tesla's ecosystem during delivery and installation.
* Ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery appointments.
* Deliver comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to each customer's needs.
* Manage trade-ins and documentation on delivery day.
* Perform additional responsibilities as required.
