You'll manage a portfolio of mainly North of the river properties grouped together within a few adjacent suburbs. High-quality portfolio organically grown and in great shape!
This is a hands‐on role for someone who understands and enjoys mainly end‐to‐end management, including leasing and final bond inspections. You will be supported with 50% of your routines and NO PCRS.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in residential property management, with end‐to‐end portfolio knowledge, which provides you with a well‐rounded understanding to operate under your own initiative.
* Current WA Real Estate Registration
* Strong working knowledge of property legislation and compliance
* Confident and professional communicator
* Warm, trustworthy, and relationship‐driven personality
