You'll play a central role in building a strong organisational culture shaped through meaningful engagement, clear and consistent internal communication, and a shared sense of purpose.From championing the employee voice, to crafting compelling internal campaigns and celebrating important milestones, you'll help create a workplace that truly reflects our values and vision. Whether you're rolling out a strategy, planning an event, or developing meaningful communications, your work will directly influence how our people experience life at Council-every day.Over the 12-month term, your focus areas will include:Leading the implementation of initiatives from our newly endorsed Internal Communication and Engagement Strategy.Project managing our biennial Employee Experience Survey-translating insights into real, positive change across the organisation.Bringing people together through events that matter-think Town Halls, R U OK?
