The Role:
Termico Pest Management is a growing team of pest control professionals committed to protecting homes and businesses across Perth. We are inviting applications from motivated labourers or trade assistants with experience in the construction or building industry. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with skilled pest technicians and could lead to a career as a licensed Pest Control Technician.

The Responsibilities:
As a Labourer / Trade Assistant, you'll support our qualified technicians on residential, commercial, and industrial pest management jobs. Key responsibilities include:
· Manual Labour: Digging, drilling, and moving equipment/materials for termite treatments.
· Assisting Technicians: Supporting pest technicians on site in line with regulatory and company standards.
· Site Inspections: Helping inspect buildings and surrounding areas for pests.
· Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and preparing service vehicles and spraying equipment.
· Delivery & Setup: Delivering chemicals and equipment to job sites, assisting in vehicle fit-outs for pest management gear.

What will you need?:
· Driver's Licence: Full WA manual licence.
· Physical Fitness: Comfortable performing manual labour, including working in confined spaces and at heights.
· Safety & Compliance: White Card (construction induction) essential; medical, police, and work reference checks required.
· Experience: Prior experience in construction or building trades
