NUCREW is seeking a highly organised Maintenance & Parts Coordinator to join our client's fast-paced operational team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly. You'll play a key part in maintaining asset uptime, coordinating maintenance workflows, and ensuring the timely availability of parts and materials.
About the Role: You'll be responsible for scheduling maintenance works, managing parts procurement, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily operational needs. You'll work closely with the National Operations Manager and the wider maintenance team to plan weekly priorities, respond to reactive tasks, and ensure all processes align with internal standards and client expectations.
This role also requires some site travel and a willingness to step into evolving responsibilities to meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule daily maintenance works and allocate parts and labour (Assignar & Upkeep)
* Plan weekly maintenance priorities with the National Operations Manager
* Manage parts sourcing, purchasing, inventory levels, and OEM compliance
* Maintain job folders, service records, and procurement documentation
* Support asset compliance activities, inspections, and audits
* Provide daily close-out reporting to operations and management
* Pivot quickly to reactive tasks in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in maintenance coordination, administration, or parts management
* High attention to detail, strong organisation, and excellent documentation skills
* Confidence using CMMS platforms such as Upkeep or similar
* Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
* Team-first mentality with the willingness to be flexible in your duties
* Proactive mindset and confidence to speak up when things aren't going right
Desirable: background in mechanical trades, facilities maintenance, asset management, or purchasing processes.
