As the Web Project / Analytics Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining and optimising UAC’s websites and bespoke client portals. You will also assist in developing and maintaining HTML email templates for both UAC and its clients. This role leverages data insights from Google Analytics (GA4) and other platforms to drive data-informed decision-making, supports SEO strategy, and addresses routine web-related challenges to ensure a professional online experience.
Your main responsibilities will include :
* Maintaining and enhancing UAC's websites, ensuring accessibility and branding compliance.
* Assisting in developing and maintaining bespoke client web portals and contributing to annual content updates.
* Analysing website performance and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other tools, while supporting SEO strategy to boost traffic.
* Assisting in the development and maintenance of HTML email templates, solving web-related issues, and ensuring content is up to date.
To succeed in this role, you will have :
* Experience working on website projects with strict, competing deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client liaison.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEO best practices, website performance analysis, and user experience.
* Knowledge of W3C web standards, accessibility, web usability, and web design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, and CSS3.

This is a 12 Month FTA, with an annual salary range of $97,625 - $103,508 (includes base salary plus 17% employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading).
