We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to support the Team in Oceania overseeing a portfolio of Richemont Maisons as the first point of contact for all matters regarding Human Resources in Oceania.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional operational abilities and business savviness, you will be instrumental in:
* Actively develop and implement the People strategy Yearly & Long-term Plans, crafting relevant people plan and structures to support Maisons’ growth
* As an ambassador of the Maisons, ensure candidate and employee experience is aligned to Maisons’ culture and values e.g. teamwork, savoir-faire, sustainability
* Manage end to end Talent Acquisition process: engage employees that meet the culture and competency requirements of the Maisons, ensure a positive interview experience for candidates, support employee on-boarding process
* Lead annual HR activities e.g., performance management, salary review, talent review. Provide close advisory and consultation to all Maisons’ Country Managers, and leaders
* Establish and manage strong relationships and engagement with employees at all levels Partner and guide people managers on employee relations topics
* Develop talents in partnership with all Maisons’ and Richemont regional HR Team, Maisons’ and Richemont Talent function, manage people costs in consultation with HR Cost Planning Finance
* Manage employee relations for the Maisons across Australia
* Lead and participate in Richemont’s local and regional HR projects
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

* Approximately 8 years' HR experience, preferably in retail/fast-moving environment, MNCs, with depth in HR roles including generalist skills and business partnering
* A relevant degree
* Future-ready and creative mindset, engaged by working across cultures and markets
* Strong relationship building skills to influence across all employees, leadership advisory a plus
* Highly collaborative and independent approach with an appreciation of Richemont and Maisons’ values
* A strategic mindset with hands-on and proactive style, ability to work in complex matrix structure
* Fluency in English

* After this you will then have the opportunity to meet our Regional HR Team who will share insights on a Regional level.
* The successful candidate will start their employment after satisfactory background checks have been completed.
