Port Lincoln Prestige is excited to welcome an experienced and professional Receptionist / Administrator to support our growing team. Working from our newly built premises, you'll play a key role in customer reception, administration and daily dealership operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role, prides themselves on accuracy, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Dealership Principal, the Receptionist / Administrator is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across the dealership. The role includes switchboard operation, customer reception, cash receipting and general office duties.

This position is available as either a full-time or part-time role, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Reception

* Answering calls with confidence and a smile in your voice
* Greet customers promptly and direct them to the appropriate department (you'll be their first impression)

Administration & Clerical Support

* Prepare and distribute daily mail.
* Type correspondence and assist Managers with general clerical requests.
* Maintain office equipment and ensure stationery supplies are stocked.
* Prepare daily new vehicle service books.

Skills & Experience

* Excellent telephone manner and switchboard experience.
* Strong computer skills (MS Office & Excel).
* Accurate data entry and cash handling capabilities.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
* Professional, friendly and customer-focused presentation.
