Job Description Be able to manage and inspire both people and all aspects of the hotel operations including Food and Beverage Venues, Conferencing and Room Operations as well as Housekeeping and Engineering. Ability to proactively manage and lead the property in the absence of the Portfolio General Manager A passion for supporting team members in building a career within the hotel and wider Accor group Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders inside the property and out Proven ability to combine your great operational skills and team empowerment through your daily interactions Be able to handle fast passed multiple layered environment with a cool calm exterior. Proactively manage and influence key stakeholders to achieve mandated outcomes and phenomenal experiences Drive exemplary and "real" experiences whilst creating loyalty and recognition for the Pullman and Mercure Brands Be able to deliver on not only our brand standards, but also on our class leading external facing venue experiences for our visitors to the property Proactively maximise profitability in all areas with and entrepreneurial mind set to exceed property budgets with a balance on creating memorabile daily experiences Ability to understand & influence the key metrics that impact Food and Beverage and Rooms whilst continuing to the grow our business.
