We are looking for a motivated Production General Hand to join our high-volume powder coating team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be assisting with the full process from pre-treatment through to curing. If you're a hard worker who thrives in a continuous production environment, we want to hear from you.
The role is fulltime based in Thornton, NSW.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the operation of the full in-line system, including pre-treatment, powder application (both automatic and manual).
* Work alongside the production team to efficiently load and unload the line, ensuring a smooth and continuous workflow.
* Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks, such as thickness and adhesion testing to ensure all parts meet ISO standards.
* Assist with tracking work orders and updating production data within the ERP system.
* Help monitor levels of powders and consumables, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
* Identify and report equipment issues or maintenance needs to the Team Leader to minimize downtime.
* Work closely with Production Supervisors & Manufacturing Manager to align output with production targets.
