The Bradnam's Windows and Doors team at Townsville are seeking a Sales Representative to assist with increasing market share across the QLD Region.
About the opportunity
This role will see you establish winning relationships with our customers, builders or homeowners, selling made to order products for their new project, home or home improvements. You'll be proactive in identifying and converting new customers while maintaining relationships with current and future customers across your region. As a Sales Representative you will be provided with all the tools and product training to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam's Difference.
About you
* Diverse sales experience including in-field sales, strategic & growth selling techniques, successful conquest customer conversions
* Previous experience working with made to order product within the constructive industry would be advantageous or a willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge
* Ability to effortlessly establish relationships with our customers to maintain rapport
* Structured, with strong attention to detail and willingness in achieving sales targets /KPIs
* Positive attitude, self- motivated individual who enjoys collaborating with teams to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
