**About the opportunity**

The Handover Supervisor works closely with the ACT Construction team, reports to the Service & Warrant Manager and is part of the NSW/ACT Service and Warranty team. The key focus of this role is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the Practical Completion Process, Defect Liability Period through to the end of the Warranty Period. More specifically, you will:

- Conduct 90-day defect inspection
- Repairing defects within warranty such as paint, plaster, silicon sealing, etc
- Ensuring that all general maintenance as per the defect list is completed to the highest quality
- Scheduling trades and contractors as required
- Preparing handover inspection reports and associated documentation in accordance with company policy
- Maintenance of MJH display homes
- Managing complaints and ensuring building compliance is achieved
- Ensuring compliance with WH&S policies and processes
- Rotational emergency line on-call duty

**About you**

You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- A trade background preferably Carpentry, Certificate IV in Building Management or similar experience
- Sound knowledge of Construction and the building process within the residential housing industry
- Good computer and MS Office skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outstanding, organisational, and planning abilities with the ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail

You will hold a current-driver's license.
