Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary role will be to uncover and convert sales opportunities and ongoing account management. We help good companies find good people, and good people find good jobs.
Supported by an experienced Head Office team, we will provide you with all the systems, tools, training and guidance you need to build a successful recruitment business. Your sales efforts are supported by a group of internal recruitment gurus who will source and place suitable candidates for the jobs you bring in. All you need to do is sell
Typical Day
Identify & develop new business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls both phone and face to face.
Attend scheduled appointments.
Participate in your professional development training program.
Collaborate with other offices in the Express
Ideal Person
Our Ideal Person... If you are experienced in the recruitment sector, then you're a great fit
Significant experience in 'boots on dirt' activity
Recruitment industry experience essential
Blue collar labour hire experience desirable
Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
Adept at managing and tracking your activities in a database
Ability to work under pressure and 'bounce back' from setbacks
A natural people person who can influence effectively
Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills
Genuine passion for helping people
Strong networking and relationship building
A desire to develop professionally.

$100K Base + Commission Structure
