The Role

NDIS-based caseload
across the lifespan
* Community services with clinic and aquatic appointments
* Full-time preferred

7:30am-6:00pm

* Following a 6-month probation (full-time, Mon-Fri), clinicians may request:
* Flexible hours
* A
9-day fortnight
What's on Offer
* $90K - $110K + Super (dependant on experience)
* $5,000 annual professional development allowance
* Paid across fortnightly pays
* Supports external supervision and courses
* Billable bonus structure
when KPIs are met

75% billable time

* Managed by an experienced Allied Health leader overseeing
Physiotherapy, OT, and AHA teams
* Regular
MDT case reflections
and
monthly team meetings
* Work alongside a diverse multidisciplinary team including:
* Social Workers
* Behaviour Support Practitioners
* Occupational Therapists
* Speech Pathologists
About You
* Physiotherapy degree
* Current
AHPRA registration
* NDIS experience preferred
(ideally 5+ years; 2-3 years experience considered with relevant industry experience)
* Passion for community-based, person-centred care
* Australian working rights (sponsorship not available for this one I'm afriad)
