About the Role:
You will lead and inspire a culture of safety, high-quality care and continuous improvement across our health network. Your key responsibilities include shaping and driving strategies to promote patient safety, strengthen clinical governance and support ongoing quality enhancement.
In this critical role, you will provide expert guidance on safety, governance and risk to senior leaders, clinical directors and governance committees. You will champion the development and implementation of a systematic approach to safety, quality and risk management that drives sustainable improvement and aligns with our strategic goals.
Key Qualifications:
AHP-6: An allied health degree which enables registration with relevant professional bodies or self-regulated professions eligibility for membership with professional associations.
RN5.2: Postgraduate studies in nursing, health services management, law, or human services relevant to the area of practice.
