THE OPPORTUNITY
We're recruiting for a rare opportunity to join a long-standing, privately owned dental practice in Lismore, taking over the established patient books of a retiring Dentist.
The practice has served the local community for over 20 years and is deeply embedded in the region. With a senior dentist retiring, the incoming dentist will step into a loyal, well-established patient base with strong ongoing demand and continuity of care.
This role suits a dentist seeking stability, long-term growth, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, comprehensive dentistry.
You'll be supported by experienced clinicians onsite, as well as a broader support network across two sister practices. This includes access to mentorship and guidance from a highly experienced implant and full-arch dentist based at a nearby Ballina clinic, fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.
This is a full-time role (4–5 days) with immediate clinical demand and genuine scope to shape your future direction.

THE PRACTICE
This is a well-run, organised, privately owned practice that has been part of the Lismore community for decades. It is designed around collaboration, learning and quality dentistry.
The practice currently operates with four chairs and modern technology, including OPG and the latest TRIOS scanners and 3D printing. CBCT may also be on the way.
Dentistry includes general dentistry, implants, oral surgery, aligners, cosmetic and advanced restorative work and you'll have autonomy to bring on the treatments that are within your interests. Patients are loyal, engaged and value long-term relationships.
