What You'll Be Doing
* Manage an established Sydney territory with a strong customer base
* Grow sales by building trusted relationships across trade customers
* Partner with roofers, plumbers, builders and stores to drive results
* Win new business, secure competitor accounts and maximise growth
* Deliver solutions that add value and strengthen customer loyalty
* Work with internal teams to influence outcomes and lift performance

What We're Looking For
* Experienced account manager who thrives in a fast‐paced, field‐based role
* Strong relationship builder who can manage multiple stakeholders
* Proven sales experience with confident negotiation skills
* Professional communicator with solid MS Office and CRM skills
* Experience or knowledge in construction, projects, or trade environments (desirable)
