This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Audit professional to join a growing advisory practice. This position offers the chance to lead complex engagements, work closely with clients at a strategic level, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of IT risk and assurance services.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT audit and advisory services across a diverse client base, while mentoring teams and contributing to business growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
* Help lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT audit and advisory engagements
* Provide strategic insights into IT risk, controls, cybersecurity, and system performance improvements
* Evaluate IT environments, identify vulnerabilities, and deliver practical, value-driven recommendations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
* Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level staff, supporting their professional growth
Position requirements:
* Experience in IT audit, IT risk, or technology advisory within a professional services environment
* Proven ability to lead and deliver complex engagements from planning through to reporting
* Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, systems, and controls frameworks
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and governance frameworks
* Relevant qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, CA/CPA (or working towards) are highly regarded
* Australian Citizen
