We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team and focus on the Vocational Training industry throughout the Central Coast.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will engage with TAFEs and other education facilities to understand and create user demand for Milwaukee products across all trades. They will execute innovative sales strategies, regularly report progress, and work closely with vertical specialists to achieve best outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Execute innovative sales strategies to convert Vocational Training Facilities from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories.
* Regularly report progress on achievements to the planned strategy.
* Work closely with vertical specialists to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment.
* Implement user-focused channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers.
* Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent the company's brand.
* Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company's competency framework.
About You
* Trade experience and power tool general knowledge.
* 1 year sales experience.
* Experienced with using CRM software.
* Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving capability.
* Full driver's licence with a good driving history.
