As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting high quality candidates with vacant job opportunities sourced from Account Managers or Business Partners. Be accountable for sourcing and assessing potential candidate in line with 360 Personnel's company values, culture, and job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong client relationships to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Source candidates, conduct assessments and maintain a reliable candidate pool through strong relationships.
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, manage job offers, and handle candidate timesheets and overpayment recovery.
* Stay updated on labour market trends and provide clients with strategic hiring insights.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
* Develop a reliable pool of candidates by fostering strong relationships and maintaining regular communication.
This role will be based in our Toowong Qld office 4066 reporting to the State manager.
