About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial A Grade Electrician to support our projects and client operations across a range of industrial environments.
Reporting to the Electrical Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering electrical services across project and service work, including breakdowns, installations, maintenance, fault-finding, and technical support for industrial machinery and systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-focused, technically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend breakdowns and carry out maintenance, installation, and repair work on industrial electrical systems and equipment
* Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
* Deliver project work across a range of industrial environments
* Provide technical support for critical industrial machinery and systems
* Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and internal team members
* Work independently or collaboratively depending on project requirements
* Ensure all electrical work is completed in accordance with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service and maintenance documentation
* Contribute to a team culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Essential Skills, Experience and Requirements
* Current A Grade Electrical Licence
* Experience in the industrial electrical industry
* Fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
* Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to team success
Highly Regarded
* Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
* Knowledge of PLC systems
* Experience with VSD drives
* Exposure to automation, robotics, or machine safety systems
