Sleek Teeth Whitening and Dental Hygiene, an Adelaide-based dental and oral health clinic, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team in a part-time capacity.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, supporting our growing dental team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day practice operations.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm, professional approach
* Assisting the dental hygienist and dentist during patient treatments and procedures
* Managing reception duties including phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient enquiries
* Processing payments and managing health fund claims
* Providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the patient journey
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
* You need to be comfortable using technology and digital tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
* Experience with dental practice management software (Dental4Windows experience is preferred but not essential)
* A caring, professional, and team-focused attitude.
