Workshop Planner & Scheduler
As a Workshop Planner & Scheduler with AES, you are responsible for planning and scheduling equipment rebuilding, new equipment builds, water truck and service module construction projects.
The role also manages and coordinates external vendors to ensure project milestones and delivery timeframes are met.

In this role you will be responsible for
Create project plans and schedules based on quoted scopes of work
Identify critical path activities and manage associated risks to ensure projects are delivered on time
Develop and maintain project Gantt charts
Facilitate weekly planning and scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders
Regularly communicate project status with internal stakeholdersnt
Plan and schedule external vendors
Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders and customer representatives
Escalate risks and provide feedback to customer support coordinators and key stakeholders when machine delivery timelines are at risk
Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skill, qualification, and competence level.
What we are looking for
Australian Drivers Licence
Australian/NZ Recognised Trade Certificate
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in either a Workshop environment or Mining sectors
Excellent communication and influencing skills with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to prioritise and coordinate large volumes of work concurrently
Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Projects
