Working closely with the Group Marketing Director and Event Director, you will be responsible for bringing our event strategies to life. What You'll Be Doing (The Impact)
Marketing Strategy: Shape the overarching marketing roadmap, brand positioning, and audience segmentation strategies to drive both visitor growth and high-value exhibitor leads.
Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-performing digital campaigns (email, paid media, content, and partnerships) that drive both visitor growth and high-value exhibitor leads.
Network Building: Act as the key contact for major food industry bodies, media partners, and key influencers to expand the event's reach and authority.
Data-Driven Optimisation & Reporting: Dive into audience data and campaign metrics to identify new market opportunities, optimise ROI, and continuously improve database health.
Team work: You will be supported by the Food Marketing Executive to ensure high level daily execution of campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
The Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience (B2B exhibition and/or event marketing experience is highly regarded).
The Mindset: A blend of analytical rigor and creative flair. You know how to read a data dashboard and recognise great design.
The Copy Catalyst: While you'll have an executive to assist, you possess strong storytelling skills and can write compelling B2B copy.
The Drive: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and loves the buzz of live event delivery.
