Job Title: Career Transition Specialist
This role involves delivering intensive pre-employment support to enhance the employability of young people and assist them in securing sustainable work or education opportunities.
* Conduct assessments to identify barriers faced by youth and provide guidance and support to ensure their successful transition into suitable and sustainable employment.
* Motivate and empower clients throughout their employment journey.
* Foster partnerships with stakeholders and community organizations to engage and refer participants.
* Place participants into employment by supporting them with job search activities, including interview coaching and resume preparation, and matching participants to current vacancies.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer and client interaction skills
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
