Your new role
As
Change Manager
, you will support the delivery of organisational change initiatives aligned with the university's new operating model. You'll work closely with stakeholders across academic and professional services to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing change management plans and strategies.
* Supporting communication and engagement activities across the university.
* Identifying and managing change impacts and risks.
* Facilitating training and readiness activities to embed change.
