Your responsibilities include supporting brokers with application processes, business development, credit qualification, and increasing share of wallet across Asset Finance and other Shift products.Qualifications3+ years of Sales/BDM experience, preferably in commercial finance.3+ years of Credit Analyst experience is highly regarded.Current or previous Delegated Lending Authority is advantageous.Proven ability to build long-term relationships within the broker network.Additional ResponsibilitiesAsset Finance SolutionsAssess client needs to offer asset finance and other Shift products.Review transaction scenarios to ensure alignment with Shift’s credit appetite.Conduct risk assessments and financial analysis, including lodging Credit Assessments for transactions above $1m.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with large Asset Finance broking firms.Engage proactively with brokers to understand their portfolios and opportunities.Act as the primary contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Review portfolios regularly to identify growth opportunities and cross-sell products.Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and drive growth within the asset finance portfolio.Collaborate with brokers and marketing to target potential clients across sectors.Attend industry events and networking opportunities.Market Knowledge & AdvisoryStay updated on market trends, conditions, and competitor activities impacting Asset Finance.Target Achievement & ReportingMeet individual targets and contribute to overall company performance.Prepare and present reports on client performance, market insights, and development activities.Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and progress towards goals.Additional DetailsSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Sales and Business Development
