Rates: $38.04 p/h + super
Hours/week: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week (rotating roster 7am-7pm)
Location: Lithgow Contact centre
WFH options available after 12 weeks of in office training
Are you a customer focused skilled with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment and possess excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative within the Road Safety 2 line.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting customers with inquiries, requests and concerns whilst delivering outstanding customer service
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centres, admin or retail)
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous government experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Prior experience working in an office environment
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems efficiently
**Training**:
We are looking for people with:
- Quality customer service preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced call centre environment.
- Effective and timely communication skills.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
- Experience dealing with broad range of enquiries.
