We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with a minimum of 5 years' end-to-end payroll experience and strong working knowledge of Chris21/iChris. You'll join a supportive large team, working across a mix of systemised and manual processes (including some manual timesheets and Kronos T&A ). This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a friendly, multicultural team, has strong attention to detail, and is proactive in resolving issues rather than "just processing what's in front of them." What You'll Do Process end-to-end payroll across a large workforce with multiple employment types Interpret awards, EBAs, allowances, penalties and leave Manage manual and Kronos timesheet validation Handle new starters, terminations, variations and payroll adjustments Provide support and guidance to peers within a collaborative payroll team Contribute to continuous improvement and help streamline processes What We're Looking For 5 years' payroll experience in a medium to large organisation Strong Chris21/iChris experience (any version) Exposure to manual timesheets and/or Kronos ideal A friendly, adaptable team player who is curious, proactive and quality-focused Why You'll Love It Supportive team with a genuinely easy-going culture Hybrid working (2 WFH days on rotation) Stable, reputable employer with strong internal development support Competitive salary: $95k-$105k super Macquarie Park location, close to transport If you're looking to join a great team environment where your expertise will be valued, apply now.
