Overview
We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. This position will be responsible for maintaining cost effective, protected, and efficient operation of all equipment in our restaurants. This position will also be responsible for preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, material purchases, which directly affect our buildings and grounds to promote a nice appearance and a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cost effective, safe, and efficient operation of all equipment in our restaurants.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on restaurant equipment.
- Handle material purchases related to buildings and grounds to promote a nice appearance and a safe environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- EPA License
- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician servicing restaurants
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, gas operated equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration systems and general restaurant equipment
- Basic computer and time management skills
