The Role Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties Focus on landlord and tenant relationships, portfolio performance, and NCAT when required No routine inspections No ingoings No leasing No trust accounting Structured support from offshore assistants, a Property Management Assistant, Leasing Team, and BDM Systems are streamlined and efficient using Property Tree This is a true senior desk — clean, organised, and well supported.
