Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to customers, leveraging your industry expertise in gaming operations, marketing, membership, cash flow, and digital content management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct functional and technical product training using various delivery methods
* Leverage prior industry experience to provide expert guidance on day-to-day operational activities
* Analyze and prioritize issues, escalating when necessary
* Develop structured training courses and supporting documentation
* Manage customer inquiries and ensure all information is logged in Salesforce
* Assist with Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) on new and existing products
* Work effectively with customers, product developers, customer support, and sales to provide innovative solutions
Requirements:
* Epic customer service skills
* Love for helping people and an appetite to learn
* Knowledge of casino and/or club operational procedures and gaming knowledge is highly desired
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience in venue promotions, including building promotions, marketing, draws, and use of a kiosk would be highly regarded
