You will collaborate with various teams to achieve project objectives and bridge the gap between technical teams to deliver requirements effectively. Your responsibilities will include delivering customer outcomes by working with strong, delivery-focused project resources and supporting operational business and IT functions that impact team members and providers at the market level.What You Offer10+ years in IT and 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager on various-sized projects, including large-scale transformation programs.Proficient in Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies using JIRA and ConfluenceExperience working with vendors and third-party service providers, developing stakeholder communication plans, and ensuring engagement at all levelsExperience leading end-to-end project planning, analysis, change impact analysis, and execution, aligned with Macquarie’s Risk framework.Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, manage project dependencies, and build high-performing teams to deliver project outcomesGood communication, and facilitation skills to maintain excellent working relationships and effectively manage stakeholder relationships and project risks.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About TechnologyTechnology enables every aspect of Macquarie, for our people, our customers and our communities.
