Store Manager

As a Store Manager at UNIQLO, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through exceptional customer service and inventory management.


About the Role

* Drive sales and profitability through genuine and high standard customer service and inventory management.
* Analyse profit and loss reports with the Area Manager to create an action plan and control costs to achieve store's sales and budget KPIs.
* Recruit new store staff who meet company requirements and ensure appropriate staffing levels in every area of operations.
* Train employees according to company standards and handle safety and crime-prevention measures.


About You

* You have a minimum 1-3 years of experience in store management or supervision in the retail industry.
* New store opening experience is preferred, as well as knowledge of safety and crime-prevention measures.
* You have proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service, and are experienced in training employees to meet company standards.
* You possess strong leadership skills to guide and assign tasks to employees, and are able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, public holidays and weekends.
