Remuneration Consultant Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the implementation of our global remuneration strategy, ensuring it aligns with the unique needs of each business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deploy reward frameworks that are transparent, compliant, and efficient across the organization.
* Uphold governance and corporate standards while addressing the expectations of stakeholders including the Board, Executive Team, and shareholders.
* Influence remuneration outcomes and drive consistency and excellence in performance and reward practices globally.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field.
* Experience in remuneration consulting and/or corporate governance with knowledge of remuneration frameworks and policies.
* Knowledge of relevant reward and recognition best practices.
* Experience with remuneration and benefits technology.
* System experience with compensation module (ideal).
* Excellent capability in data management, in particular, Excel.
