We are seeking a diligent and energetic School Health Officer to support the health and wellbeing of our students at our Middle and Senior Schools.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position commencing on 21 July 2025 and concluding on 19 September 2025, with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
The School Health Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the School Nurses and delivering a high standard of care to all students.
Reporting to the School Nurse in Charge, you will:
* Provide first aid and health care to students who may be involved in an accident, sustain an injury or develop an illness during the school day
* Manage regular student medications
* Provide ongoing health care to any students with an existing health related illness or injury.
* Complete administrative tasks required to support the health centre.
* Audit and replenish school based First Aid kits, including those utilised on yard duty and off-site events
* Liaise with parents and staff about student health concern.

Bachelor of Nursing or recognised equivalent, or Paramedic-related qualifications
This is a term time only position and is primarily based in South Yarra, with some travel to our Caulfield and Port Melbourne campuses.
