Overview

At Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten, we believe early childhood education is about more than care, it's about creating inspiring environments where children, families and educators feel connected, supported and empowered to grow. This role is ideal for an educator who loves working alongside experienced professionals, supporting children's development and contributing to a collaborative, positive centre culture. As an Assistant Educator, you will play an important role in supporting our teaching teams to deliver high-quality education and care. You'll work alongside experienced educators to create engaging learning experiences that support children's development, wellbeing and curiosity. This is a Permanent Part-Time role with rotating shifts between 6:30am – 6:30pm.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for early learning. You will have:

* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A passion for supporting children's learning and development
* Current Working With Children Check
* First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
* Food Safety / Food Handlers Certificate
