Adecco is recruiting Production Operators to join a large, established manufacturing operation in Eagle Farm. You'll be working with steel products as part of a supportive team that values safety, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.
Monday to Friday only
Must be available 5 days per week
No weekend or part-time work
A pre-employment medical is required before starting.
Shift Options
Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
Your role will include a mix of hands-on production tasks such as:
* Operating machinery to process and manufacture steel products
* Forklift and overhead crane operation (where licensed)
* Packing, strapping, and preparing finished products for dispatch
* Checking product quality and reporting any issues
* General production support and housekeeping
* Following all safety procedures and work instructions
Your Profile
You don't need to tick every box, but ideally you'll have:
* Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, or steel
* A forklift licence (essential or strongly preferred)
* Overhead crane experience (highly regarded)
* A strong safety mindset
* Good attention to detail
* A reliable attitude and solid work ethic
* Availability for day or afternoon shift, Monday to Friday
