Job Description

1. Position Summary:

Rixos Properties is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of SPA to oversee all spa operations. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, efficient management, and alignment with brand standards.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Direct and inspire the SPA team to deliver outstanding service and wellness experiences.

• Operations Management: Oversee daily spa operations including treatments, scheduling, inventory, and guest relations.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, drive revenue, and control costs while maximizing profitability.

• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality control and personalized services.

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and evaluate team members; foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.


Qualifications

1. Qualifications & Skills:

Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel's broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SPA management.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Business acumen and financial management capabilities.

1. Working Conditions:

Full-time position

• Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
