Job Summary
Working within our Finance, Planning and Analysis Team (FP&A) you will partner with the Sales and Livestock teams to drive business performance by ensuring timely accurate reporting and analysis, providing commercial modelling and analysis to shape and influence operational and strategic decisions and effective financial stewardship.
Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to the delivery of business and financial objectives through proactive involvement in day‑to‑day operations.
* Effectively partner to shape commercial business decisions and strategy development.
* Lead the delivery of key planning processes (forecast, budget, strategic plan) including clear Analysis of Change (AOC) for the business unit.
* Develop business modelling (including scenario analysis) to improve decision making.
* Drive profitable growth through clear analysis and insight generation which is shared with the business.
* Partner in the delivery of month‑end with a focus on sales and livestock performance.
* Partner across FP&A and the wider Finance and business teams to standardise reporting and analytics practices and to develop improved business reporting.
* Partner in other strategic and business initiatives as required.
* Build the finance capabilities of cross‑functional partners.

Additional requirements:
* CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent)
* 5+ years' experience in Commercial Finance/Business Partnering role
* Agri‑business / FMCG experience preferable but not essential
