We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the Geelong area.

* Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and active interventions for various programs in clients' homes.
* Hospital substitution programs: Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
* Government Aged Care programs: Supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.
* Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
* Engage in clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor.

Requirements
* Prior experience in Community or hospital Physiotherapy is preferred.
* A physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration is required.
* A valid driver's licence and insured roadworthy vehicle are necessary.
