Rostering and Scheduling Officer

As a Rostering and Scheduling Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless coordination of client services and rostering of Community Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure efficient allocation of client services while maintaining operational requirements.
2. Complete scheduling activities on time, meeting deadlines and operational demands.
3. Maintain accurate and timely database updates.
4. Respond to enquiries with clear information regarding services.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a fast-paced rostering office is highly regarded.
* Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care are desirable.
* Experience in the Aged Care sector is also desirable.
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
