As a Master Baker and Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the bakery department to success. Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, and conducting stock takes.
* Controlling costs while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
* Ensuring accurate team rostering, gross profit calculations, and adherence to work health and safety standards.
* Developing a flair for merchandising, leading by example, and delegating tasks effectively.
* Coaching, training, and performance managing teams to achieve store goals.
