Building Supervisor position available, immediate start in January 2026.
Tullipan Homes is based at Tuggerah on the Central Coast and covers an area for building quality, split level homes from North Sydney to Newcastle.
Seeking an experienced candidate to oversee the construction of our split-level homes across the Newcastle & Lake Macquarie Region, on both level & sloping sites being Tullipan Homes' specialty.
Location: Newcastle & Lake Macquarie region
Job requirements
* Completed relevant tertiary education e.g. Building/Construction Diploma Cert IV or of a trade/building background with years' worth of experience preferably on sloping sites.
* Preferred experience in Carpentry with a Carpentry trade/apprenticeship background.
* Preferably Newcastle or Lake Macquarie based location.
* Supervise all aspects of home construction.
* Supervise all subcontractors and Tullipan Homes site employees.
* Manage supplier deliveries.
* Responsible for WHS compliances on site by subcontractors and Tullipan Homes site employees
* Responsible for monitoring site conditions in accordance with DA Conditions

The successful applicant must have previous experience as a Building Supervisor preferably with multiple years of experience in sloping site projects.
