About The Role:
This role involves working with our professional team to support students, teachers, parents, and the wider community. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Liaising between students, teachers, parents, guidance officers, special needs teachers, administrative officers, welfare agencies, and government departments.
* Monitoring attendance policy to increase awareness of students experiencing problems and allow for intervention before such problems get out of hand.
* Forging links between the school and families of students who show persistent absence from schooling to encourage continuous attendance at school.
* Identifying and providing assistance to students experiencing difficulties at school and/or at home that may put them at risk of leaving school prematurely.
