Role: CyberArk SME Location: Melbourne
Salary Range:108,571-119,893 AUD Annual Gross
Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including PAM platform support, requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design. You will play an important role in creating high‑level design artifacts and deliver high‑quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Education Qualification

* Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology.


Roles and Responsibilities

* Minimum 8+ years of information technology experience.
* Good understanding in administration and support of CyberArk products.
* Experience in implementing/managing fully integrated, highly available application environments.
* Excellent knowledge of various PAM concepts.
* Knowledge of databases to support IDM platforms.
* Must have knowledge of supporting technical components for complex applications.
* Effective communication with client/peers.


PAM Specific Responsibilities

* Strong knowledge of the CyberArk privileged Identity Management (PIM) suite, including EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM and OPM.
* Capture detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, eco‑system owners, the target architecture, and high‑level requirements.
* Perform compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes and provide alerts and reports appropriately. Investigate, provide RCA and resolve incidents.
* Monitor logs and events for Windows, UNIX and user identity management platforms to detect misuse or malicious activities.
* Responsible for privileged user account administration of various Windows, DB, network and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
* Integrate various platforms with CyberArk, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, databases and networking devices.
* Perform health‑check monitoring on all CyberArk servers to ensure consistent availability of the system to end users.
* Create and manage safes, platforms and owners.
* CPM policies management or redistribution.
* Implement the password upload utility.
* Develop custom plugins and connection components.
* Audit accounts and work on various reports, user server login issues and user permission issues as per requirements.
* Basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Active Directory, Windows, etc.
* Support Entrust HSM environments for key management processes related to CyberArk keys stored.
* Maintain Entrust HSM, including patching, backup and health checks, log reviews, security reviews, and performance reviews.
* Prepare monthly reports of KPIs, health/performance trends, privileged access management controls, failures, usage trends, license capacity, MTTR, demand requests, and recommendations for service uplift.
