As an Inside Sales Consultant – Inbound, you will play a critical role in qualifying inbound leads, converting them into opportunities, and driving sales for new and existing customers. This could be an introductory role for your sales career with us, where you can learn our processes, products, and systems before progressing through our inside sales roles and into external field sales.
* Closing transactional sales from incoming calls and converting incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns into sales
* Making outbound calls to progress opportunities, close orders, and proactively engage your sales plan customers
* Evaluating non-rental costs and ensuring they are appropriately priced
* Determining opportunity percentages for incoming opportunities
* Resolving customer requests independently and escalating those beyond your control
* Fostering relationships with Inside, Field Sales representatives, and senior service technicians
* Working towards set KPIs, including volume of outbound call, volume of quotations, order conversion rate, order values, and quote & pricing quality
Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales environment or prior formal training in a sales process
* An ability to adapt to new challenges as a team player
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* A proven track record of utilizing CRM & CPQ
* Good technical aptitude
* PC literacy in a Microsoft environment
