As a Facility Manager here, you are not a lone operator. You are the leader of a dedicated trifecta:

You, the RAC FM, driving the culture and overall vision.

Your Clinical Nurse Manager, upholding the highest standards of clinical care.

Your Deputy Facility Manager, a dedicated professional responsible for rostering, finance, supplies, and logistics.

Your Mission:

Lead a Thriving Team: You will guide the leadership trifecta, fostering a collaborative environment where each member operates at their best. Champion a New Standard of Care: You will move beyond mere compliance. You will empower initiatives that give residents a real voice, ensuring the principles of dignity and respect are woven into every process, from recruitment to daily life.

Be the Guardian of ‘Home’: You will ensure this facility is more than a building; it is a true home. A place where residents feel safe, heard, and connected, and where staff are proud to work.

We are looking for a leader with a clinical background (current AHPRA registration is essential), significant residential aged care management experience and full working rights in Australia.

But more than that, we’re looking for someone who is tired of the old way.

Someone who believes that a supported leader is the foundation of exceptional care.
